Squarepusher could you link where you found the plan for that mate.. I could do with exactly the same set up at mine!

Not much of a plan reallly. Just measurements of the draws, the desk and what space I had to use. Order 2m oak top, give it a sand, oil it and build the draws and plonk thing on with some rubber grommets :)

Bought that monitor in the picture for 99p

I owned 2 of these monitors back in the day when new, very high quality monitors. I agree compared to most budget LCD screens these are better.

However I now run glass fronted AG Neovo monitors, if you can imagine the high contrast you have from your screens combined with digital this is what I have.

So in future if that screen fails, or you want to try LCD screens look at the glass fronted Ag Neovos for picture quality similar to what you currently like.

I love it now I'm finally used to it, but it took a while to adjust! :)

Just need to find a pair of used Titans, and I'll be set for Project Cars and HEAVILY graphically modded Skyrim in 4K. :D

Ahh, another Bekant desk - love mine - room for a 24" monitor, pc on the desk, microserver tucked way on there too, and there's probably just enough space for a 28" 4k monitor... :)

It is the predecessor to the G27, the G25. It is basically the same thing though. The G27 just has a few more buttons, stiffer pedals and a more tactile gear shift.

It is quite good yes, much improvement over the DFGT I had previously, my only gripe is that it feels a bit strange because the wheel is much smaller than a real one. I suppose most sim wheels are like that though.
