That theme comes with StyleXP I think, I liked that when I was using it, I wonder if there was ever an msstyles port?

Cheers guys, the theme is indeed bundled with Style XP, the windows and buttons are "Community" and the colour scheme "WindowNET". Wallpaper can be found here

Just formatted, nice clean set up, got a few things open too show the visual style LunaXP off too.

But it's called gfxOasis theres a winamp skin as well and wallpaper if you want them too.
