Even if they aren't handy for the users, thread ratings are handy for the mod team. They let us know what sort of threads you all like, and its often a good way to find archive worthy threads.

You might want to think about switching to uxtheme.dll instead.

Because WindowsBlinds, StyleXP, ect; use a lot of resources. UXTheme doesnt. It allows you to select your custom themes from the normal display control panel. Hence, it uses almost no extra resources.
