I think you'll find you need a program called Windows Blinds by stardock m8

You'll also need Icon Packager if you wanna use the Alpha OS icons.......Theres a 30 trial avail....Links for all proggys are on http://www.wincustomize.com/

You use WindowsBlinds m8........Found HERE .....Install it....Then you download a WBA theme from Wincustomize....It'll install itself....A small notification bubble should appear beside you clock saying your new theme is ready to use.....Just go into your normal Windows Display properties......Then into Appearance and select your newly downloaded theme
