I quite like the look of the script on that. Have really had a good play with different boxes yet, nice effect though.

I take those are filled boxes inside non-filled boxes to get the border effect?

yea. the non-filled ones are about 3 pixels larger around. The filled ones have an alpha of about 130, so the wallpaper shows through. Tried to keep the script minimal and compact to it'd go with many walls.

It's an integrated part of the theme for the shell I'm afraid, so it would be all or nothing. Can't have it in Windows, unless you made it yourself. :(

Samurize is getting on my nerves. It's just not 100% stable.

Every time I start windows I have to tell it to remain in locked position and pin to desktop:( Every now and then the script's stop working and it takes ages for it to boot up, as I have to wait for MBM5 to boot aswell to give me system temps.

Anyone using something else besides Samurize? more stable?

Also, it's just a pain in the backside making a new config. It's about as userfriendly as an NTL service;) It's a painstaking, labourious task.

Why can't you group things together and edit them all at the same time? for example if you want to change the font, or the size of text you need to go through each one, one at a time.:(

mine was the same, it didnt stay locked to the desktop etc etc. seems to be fixed for me now though as there is a new 1.20 release :D

**edit**

theres a program called avedesk which allows you to run "desklets". there aren't a llot of configs available for it yet though as its quite new. i may be able to install it and port a few of my samurize configs to it though :)

Thought being a Spurs supporter you would be used to things getting on your nerves, not 100% stable, and quite frankly supporting it is a painstaking, labourious task. ;) :D

But on a serious note mine runs fine.;)

Right, I made the whole thing about 50% smaller in hope that'll sort one or two of the Samurize problems I'm having.

I've done it with different colours and wallpaper here , still exactly the same config though.

Ideally I wanted to get the icons B&W with a hint of blue to them, but when I try to open them in Samurize it just won't do it. Says they don't have legal alpha channels:(

I'll give the v1.20 a go, I only installed this new v1.16 last week!

Wedge?......... you're a widge:p :D

The top bar is ObjectDock. Most of the icons were found on WinCustomize ObjectDock section. All the Icons were different colours and I 'Chromed' them in PSP7.

The bottom taskbar was changed from default with StyleXP using the chrome4[XP]/AE theme.

The rest of the displayed stats were created using Samurize.
