Deus Ex: Human Revolution

I can't decide whether to go 360 or PC, I haven't seen anything mentioned about platform differences. Anyone seen any previews where they mention any differences? Specifically interface, features etc

Deus Ex the greatest game ever, Deus Ex II the worst sequel ever... hmm like DNF I'm going to presume guilty until proven innocent that way I won't be dissapointed. I still remember the "Deus Ex 1 good but kinda slow" comment from the devs a few years back lol.

*Please, please let this be good :D :D

Console versions will have universal ammo, auto aim and a simplified story. STREAMLINED.

Source?

Can understand auto aim and possibly universal ammo (although I hated that in 2) but how will the story be simplified?

Sorry just joking mate based on the DX2 devs preception of console gamers at the time. I'm sure this new game will be virtually identical, with the PC having the slight edge on graphics. :)

Hmmm the trailer looks great but I just don't feel I could justify a pre-order when we have no idea how this cinematic will translate into gameplay.

I loved the original game and are not really looking at this in a comparison - I just see some of those funky features (the lawn-strimmer wrist, the invisibility cloak, the blade arm) and wonder how they will actually translate into controlled gaming.

I await further evidence before getting excited! :p
There are loads of gameplay videos floating around out there. Do a quick search and have a look. Game looks great so far from what I've seen and has a cover mechanic and improved Stealth system (which suits me fine as thats the way I like to play).

Sooooo, under a month away and not much is being said about it which is quite worrying. I'm personally looking forward to it, however I'm not sure whether to get it on 360 or PS3, anyone know if there'll be any major differences?

I saw a brief writeup this morning somewhere which said the game is well worthy of the Deus Ex name. It just falls short of the original by a fraction.

Looking forward to this simply because naff all has been released for months :(

LOL, indeed. I've forgotten what it's like to play games now (not including Killzone 3). Then there's a huge spell with new games every week for three months!

Gonna wait til way after release - I suspect once you get past the spit and polish youll find a game that doesnt deserve the name...

ps3ud0
