Unfortunately Intel have delayed by 1-2 weeks.
On a good note, 4690k and 4790k are now in stock
Good to see them back in Gibbo. Even though they say the L3 chips (late 2013) don't clock well are rubbish. My chip is amazing and well happy![]()
As previously said they tend to clock in range of 4.6-5.0GHz with top end air cooling or water, 5.0 is rare though!
But a much better CPU all round now they no longer need de-lidding.![]()

Retails were due today, the courier for whatever reason has not manage to deliver them today and are promising them on a pre 10am tomorrow, at times like this I hate couriers with a passion, of all the deliveries to not deliver on time, idiots!
OEM, our stock update went offline and unfortunately we over-sold. I shall upgrade the OEM orders placed today whilst showing in stock to retail CPU's for no additional cost tomorrow.![]()
Around 15-17% faster. So for example if a game which is CPU bottlenecked with the 2500K only giving you 30fps, you would may be get 34-36fps instead with the Haswell/Devil Canyon on the same clock speed...How much better than my 2500k will it be, both at 4.8ghz?
