These prizes are fake. With Google Chrome I couldn't enter, with Edge it somehow happened but in the boxes you should have guessed what to type because no where it was written what information about you they would need.

Actually on Intel reddit this afternoon are quite a few that have received the email from Votigo, but the delivery date for the CPU is October 15th.

Also you are correct on all counts.
Apparently Z390 is a rebadged Z370.... so effectively a rebadged Z170....
