Hello,

I recieved my order from you guys earlier today but have not recieved the free game code "NVIDIA Game Bundle - Arc Raiders Deluxe Edition PLUS Astro Cosmetic Pack"

My email states:

"Please note: If your order qualified for a free game, the code and redemption instructions will be featured on your invoice, which is sent once the order has been dispatched."

But I can't see anything mentioning a code redemption anywhere.

Cheers

The free game code I got never worked. Spoke to Nvid many times and it was never resolved. Gave up in the end

Have you had any updates? I got my 5070 Ti on Saturday and also had no code. Put a support ticket in around 5pm Saturday.
Forget getting any response to webtickets. Due to some vague warehouse problem OCUK have several thousand customers who don't have their orders, have no idea when (or even if) they're getting them and OCUK are flatly refusing cancellation/refund. I've had tickets open without response for nearly a week now and between 29 October and 31 October over 4,000 webtickets have been opened, going by the ticket numbers.

For the ones who say they haven't got a code yet, it doesn't come as a separate email like it used to, generally the code is on your invoice for the item you've bought now.

I checked the invoice and all emails I've gotten from OverClockers and there's nothing. Bit gutted cos the prices of the cards went up when they added the free game so it'd be even more annoying if I don't get it and have to buy the game myself.

The code wasn't given on my invoice, I had to email them and I received the code this morning.

Sadly, (ask expected) it's not worked. I know this isn't an Overclockers issue, rather NVIDIA, but again, kinda annoying that I spent so much money with Overclockers and they didn't send me the code with my order.

Now I am stuck trying to redeem Arc Raiders, in an infinite loop of errors. Google gives plenty of results of others having the same issues and some have found workarounds and others not.

Overall, pretty crap experience. NVIDIA are such a huge company I do not understand why they make it so difficult to redeem a £30 game when buying a £750 graphics card.

I've just got a response to my webticket. Still haven't tried out the code I actually got sent this morning but I'm really hoping it works. Looks like everyone should at least start getting their emails today so OverClockers are doing their part I guess but would be useful if their FAQ was updated instead of saying the code will be on the box or in the invoice because it is neither.

"Hi,

Apologies this game code was not sent, we had to turn off automatic shipments of codes due to an issue, this has since been resolved, we are collecting the orders missed and you will receive an email with your code within the next 3 working days."

8 hours later I could redeem the game via NVIDIA App, it was throwing errors until just a few minutes ago.

I disabled IPv6 like people recommended on reddit, and used Edge as default browser as Firefox gets stuck half way.

I'm not sure what changed, but I went from getting random errors for the last 8 hours to it just working all of a sudden. Not the best experience.
