Diesel for £1,500 or under?

What else is there to go seriously wrong? I'm not suggesting you're wrong, I'm just interested. Despite having owned an Omega, I know very little about them.

yeah get an old exec saloon of some sort...omega's are a good choice. What about Xantia's, saffranes (nice),

Sorry but I have to say it, high mileage Xantia HDI or a mint Xantia 1.9TD. Otherwise go for the PUG 406 1.9td but you will get less for your money.
