I've tried googling this many different ways and it all come up with gobbledygook.

If you are on the phone for example, does the side of the brain used for responding change depending on what ear you hold the phone to, thus changing the type of response you will give?

I can't really seem to find any research or answers on this, I was wondering if anyone here has come across anything like this?

On a course I went on to do with leadership skills, they suggested if you spoke into someones right ear, they had more chance of listening to you / doing what you wanted as it was linked to the left side of the brain which (i'm guessing here) is where they think decisions are made? (....)

Hmm are they not both controlled by the same 1 part of the brain??

I would have thought it has more to do with left handed and right handed and how you position your self relatively to the person. If they invade your personal space you are gonna be all like " go away dude"

If they spoke in my right ear they'd have no chance of me listening to them.
