Dilemma. Please Help!

The thing that i'm questioning is, i'd have had a Macbook for 2 years, if I got another new one, i'd want to keep it for another 2 years or so, thats quite a long time for a machine and i'd be upgrading to one that is pretty much exactly the same albiet a bit quicker, with a MBP at least i'd have something different to play with for 2 years..

That's exactly what i was saying earlier and that's why come September I'll be selling my MacBook with 1yr Applecare and getting a MacBook Pro and my new insurance policy will cover accidental damage to laptops up to £3000 so no need for Applecare ;)

In all honesty you will not notice the difference between new and old MacBooks but upgrading to a Pro is like having a whole new computer. As long as you can afford it it's a no brainer imo :)

Which insurance policy is that? I can afford it, thats not a problem, ill see what the situation is with the laptops and then order a Pro at the end of September.

AppleCare is an extended warranty, not an insurance policy.
