Dirt Rally 2 VR out now

just looking at the VR section, i dont own a VR, but this game looks rather good, as in, easier to rally / slide with a VR headset, and more realistic..


when i get my own place, hopeing to get VR and a steering wheel etc if it looks more immersive
 
It's the bomb. Immersion undersells racing games in VR, it's more a case of feeling it, rallying is a perfect of that because of the sheer speed and concentration.

Never the biggest of rally fans, but it's just too good to pass on. Anything you decide to do with a wheel and VR, you'll be happy.
 
Does this work like Dirt Rally did - in that you just need to have the 'normal' version, and you can play in VR too?

Or do you have to buy a specific VR version?

I ask because I think I can get it through the humble bundle this month. I haven't yet managed to try out any racing games since I got my Rift S up and running - lounge too full of Christmas stuff to set up my wheel, and then ill all over new year. Given racing games were the main reason I upgraded, looking forward to the chance to do so!
