You need to get a portable air conditioning unit.
I don't think it would make much difference in the room im in. There's a reason i game naked.

2x 780 Ti's @ 1020/1750
You'd see some good gains if you clocked your cpu up, looks like you are bottlenecked there.

I appear to be rather heavily cpu bottlenecked here. Gpu usage is 75-90%.
You will be bottlenecked on this with a quad.
You need an intel Hexcore to get the most out of the bench. The Hexcores work well with NVidia cards and even better with AMD cards.
Even with an Hexcore I am still bottlenecked on this if you compare my scores with 4 x 290Xs at different resolutions there is not much difference. It is only @4K that the cards are starting to get taxed and even then the score is not much different to the 1080p one.
