Dirty Bomb (from the ppl behind ET)

Realy enjoying this, been awhile since I had a game where I was activly looking forward to bit of free time to play.
I'm not brilliant at it, so pretty much exclusivly play Aura the medic as it's slighty less about killing people. I don't have the aim of 16 year old me anymore :o
So enjoy some well placed healing stations, and backing up Rhino is an absolute blast!

The most annoying thing I see, is when 5 teammates walk over me instead of "helping me up" Fair game when you're under fire and it's not safe to rez me, but help your healers up people, when it's safe to do so :)
 
been playing this all weekend so far really addictive.

anyone else getting very high cpu temps?

mines hitting 75c sometimes 80C.

every other game i play it doesnt go above 60c.

got it set to 4.4ghz 1.18v. full waterloop all fans on full D5 on setting 4.

gpu's never go above 60c

Im up for that passey4 of steam.

Sorted hot cpu dropped res to 1440p as the home menu doesnt like 4k really jittery.

Max settings then at 1440p everything maxed

Was getting 150fps then so turned on vsync to limit the fps and it stays at 65c now
 
LOL, that game is funny, I have tried to run this on 2GB DDR3 Ram with all details on low including resolution and I get error that I don't have enough VRAM where actually the RAM is in fault, this game needs a bit of polishing as it's still in Beta.

yeh 1440p at highest settings im only using 700mb VRAM

Haha I'm in the same boat! Find myself playing more considered roles in fps games now.

Particularly annoying if someone helps their non medic mate up when you're incapacitated right next to them and could res everyone very quickly if helped up. :confused:

Like to play as a medic and tag along with 2 or 3 in a group and there is nothing more infuriating as you helping them up and healing to win the firefight and then leave you when dead when there not even under fire.

Hell there even was a sniper yesterday who kept dieing in the same spot, revived him 2 or 3 times passing through the back of the map. I got taken out right next to him and would he revive me... NO. So next time i just ran by him twice and he then raged at me for not getting him back up any more. I explained why and he went even more mental saying its not his job.....

yeh ive been playing sparks, proxy and phantom a lot lately depending on round.

this game is really really addictive. also just wacked the settings up now think there has been a patch out.

4k res, max settings 130fps 1.3GB Vram usage.
 
Played this for the first time tonight, was great fun. Took a while to get used to but for a F2P game I'm enjoying it!
