Dirty Dirty!

Cleaned mine 2 days ago now, looked quite nice actually for this time of year, just a pressure wash is all I gave it...done 100 miles in it since and it seems I just wasted my time and effort! It looked dirty enough to warrant a clean after abuot 20 miles!

Damn winter roads! fingers crossed its goin to rain today and wash the crap off the roads!

That is dirty!

I just washed mine the other day aswell. Didnt think to take a pic of it, but if it gets dirty again will get the camera out.

To give you an idea though how dirty mine was, the bare metal swing arm was Black!! :D

My CBR seems to be the exact same as your Gsxr 750, on the back seat we both seem to get sprayed with crap from the road.

Here we go, and I only washed it 3 days ago :(

Lol PyroboyUK yea my backpack is ruined aswell its covered in crap from the road and given it a wash but its all discoloured now :/

careful with that suzy Fireskull.... they don't like the wet. ;) bits have a tendency to fur up and fall off. :p

Hehe i know you should see how much ACF50 ive got coated on it :p my baby aint rusting :p last winter my brakes on the SV650 seized from the salt, not happening this year :p

What is mines? :P

I haven't seen one clean car in a while, everytime I go to the boot I get dirt on my fingers. When the weather isn't too bad and I get sometime its going to get a good clean.

Not really, it's worth a quick blast just to get rid of the salt, wax or no wax.

What's the point though, once you wash it it's only going to get exactly the same it was after, oh about five minutes of driving, hence pointless.

gave mine a quick clean on friday, because it was clean where the L plates had been =p

The Vec is minging. Washed it two days ago, drove to Crieff for works Xmas party night and back again and its minging again.

The RSV however, is sat hibernating coupled up to the Optimate, so its as immaculate as it was when it first got covered up a month or two ago and will most probably not see the light of day until at least Feb next year, unless I can't resist the temptation to nip out for an hour or two at some point on a dry day. :p
