what if i RMA the card then overclockers test it and they say it works fine...

ok so i was just playing crysis 2 on max settings in multiplayer and its was running nice and smooth, exited the game to download fraps and check my fps. when i went back into the game my graphics card crashed, exited the game once again went back in and i was getting less than 5 fps. does this mean its definitely a problem with my graphics card?
