It seems like some of you guys have had some unfortunately experience with some of our products. On behalf of Corsair, I'd like to apologize if you've had some bad vibes in the past with one or two Corsair product.
While we do our best to ensure virtually everyone that owns/will own a Corsair hardware to have a headache-free experience, I think it’s reasonable to say that a small amount of units will still somehow slip through our rigorous QC process, in which will potentially cause the least desirable experience. Most companies do accept this reality within the industry, and this is why all of our hardware comes with a great warranty and backed up with an amazing after sales support team to ensure that you guys are being attended, and eventually turn around a bad experience to a great one. Anyway, just wanted to put it out there. Just in case you guys need immediate assistance, I'm always here - just ping me and I'll make sure we do our best to alleviate any problem you may have.
In reiyushin’s situation, looks like you’re having some issue with the front panel of the 750D. Is it the panel itself that is not catching the tab or the frame that is holding the panel? Let me know which part and I’ll make sure that we send out a replacement for you. You’ve also added that your M65 is acting .Is this correct? You already have a ticket right? Let me know what it is, and I can help you out to process any replacement or RMA that needs to be arranged.
