Django Unchained

LDC just gets better and better with age - epic performance and the cut hand had me scratching my head. Waltz is brilliant again as in IB.

A solid Tarantino film. I suppose Foxx did ok with the dialogue he had, all part of the character I suppose.

fox is ****** **** like will smith.

they should have had denzel washington or someone who can half act, im just glad fox didnt have to open his mouth much

I seen it today, it was sooooo drawn out in the middle. Quentin needs a better editor. Although, he is mainly to blame as its all his dialogue. 'Quit your jibba jabba fool!'. Good film though.

My nomination for worst part of the film:

QT's cameo and his awful faux Aussie accent

apart from that moment I enjoyed the film

I thought Foxx actually played the part pretty well.

Really enjoyed the film overall. Great acting by LDC, Waltz and Foxx (especially Waltz though, very very good character). I didn't once think it was too long or lose interest and found it entertaining from start to finish.

8/10 for me. I think the story line and ending of Inglorious ******** puts it slightly ahead but that doesn't take much away from Django Unchained being a great film.

It had what is easily Quentin's best cameo... The cinema erupted with laughter. :p

I loved the movie, it felt great. I got what I expected from Mr Tarantino, something that I can't get anywhere else.

It was incredibly difficult to watch in parts, as the unbelievable horror of slavery has been captured to an alarming degree. I did get uncomfortable in my seat at times, but overall, the film had massive impact. I had a great time watching it, and I think you will, as well.

Awesome film.

Quiet in places but still kept me entertained. The final scenes made me clap my hands in appreciation :)

My wife loved the fact they had used "modern music" in a film obviously set in the past.
She thought she was alone - over at IMDB they all seemed to hate the soundtrack.

Great film, up there with Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. The writing was brilliant, the soundtrack while not to my taste fit perfectly with the film and Samuel L Jackson was brilliant as the old obedient dog. The best thing though was Christoph Waltz, the guy is just so much fun to watch, such a great actor. I'm considering going to watch it again, I haven't done that since Mulholland Dr.

tarantino's appauling acting and some of the hip hop music was my only gripe about certain selections to this film.
He was totally ripping the **** out of himself, though. His clothing, his accent, the way he walks and looks... It was just a big joke. Not to mention,

the part where he gets shot. :D
As for the music, I don't agree with that either. It had the same feel as Inglorious ********, as far as the music goes. It gave a fairly basic idea for a film a highly stylised and modern feel. I loved it. :D

One of Tarantino's better films. The Django character was almost incidental. Tarantino is so in love with himself though..it could almost be described as nearly 3 hours of self gratification.

Just got back from seeing this, great film - infact EPIC film.
loved everything about it, THIS is the reason i pay to go to the cinema and I wish we had more like them.

Brilliant acting by all involved, the cameo was funny but then I guess that was the point. The tone of the film was superb , yeh tough to watch in some places but Tarantino really treated the slavery issues with great tact and is a credit to him that he has pulled a film off that was both funny, serious, gory and tense all in the same 2.30 hours!

The white hat scene is probably one of the best comedy scenes I have seen in years! OMFG.:)

What I love about Tarintino the most is that his tense scenes dont really fell tense until the '**** hitting the fan' moment and then you realise that it was a stupidly tense scene - amazing director. Nice to see W. Goggins in a film aswell.

oh and spike lee is a moron.
