DnB thread!

Hi all. Was wondering if some of you knowledgeable folk could point me in the direction of some more Drum and Bass artists that I might like.

I have no idea what 'genre' of Drum and Bass I like, there's too many terms I hear flying around, so I thought I'd just list the people I like:

Andy C
Ed Rush and Optical
Logistics
Sub Focus
High Contrast
Dirtyphonics (Really into these atm but I can't find much of their stuff :(. Any ideas?)

Thanks!

Based on your list I'd probably recommend:

Other Hospital artists (London Elektricity, Cyantific, Nu:Tone, Mistabishi, Danny Byrd etc.)
Chase & Status
Calibre
Commix
Netsky

But there are so many more artists and so many styles of DnB, best thing to do is download some mixes/podcasts or get some compilation cds.

Thanks Shamrock :)

Is there a decent place to download said mixes/podcasts? I would prefer some where I can download the stuff, preferably in mp3, as I tend to listen to most of my music on my mp3 player rather than on my computer, so things like online streams aren't ideal for me.

This doesnt appear to have been posted yet, apparently this was on Zane Lowes show last night. New Pendulum, I quite like it! Not quite up to the standards of Hold Your Colour though in my opinion. THis is the first single from the new album. Shame, as Salt in the Wounds is better

they really need to get rid of that vocalist.

I can't see them getting rid of Rob Swire any time soon, he's a fairly integral part of the group :p

I agree with the sentiment though, I think that track would be much better as an instrumental only, the 'singing' really kills any chance it had.

Got these coming up soon as well, cant wait...
