DNS(?) Issues

Hello, I don't know where else to turn other than here for help with this. I've been running in to some issues that seem to be with DNS or something alike. It started with Facebook acting weird and now most pages are always stuck on loading for example even now when I'm on this page writing this it is loading and waiting for nothing.

Also some images fail to load, same as on facebook.

I've tried many things. I've tried clearing my DNS cache, I've tried resetting my router, I've even reset my PC when upgrading to Windows 10 just now and still the problem persists.

It would make sense if there was a problem with my internet speed, but it's perfect..

What could I do to fix this? Do I have no hope and should just try to contact BT? Though I really doubt they will understand my problem and will just keep passing me around or tell me to "restart your router".

And to think I could have switched to Virgin but decided it was not worth the hassle so I staid with BT.. renewed by contract a month ago. Gah..

Try Google DNS or Open DNS.

BTs network has been broken for the past two days. It's not a DNS problem.

All you can really do is wait for their legion of highly trained toddlers to fix it.

I was recommended to try https://code.google.com/p/namebench/

No idea how good it is as I havent tried it yet

As said BT have been having problems for the last 3 days or so.
I tried alternate DNS server yesterday, it made no difference.

On a more positive note they seemed to have sorted the issues, for me any way. Browsing is nice and snappy again.
