Every thread is being ruined by same people posting same crap on every thread.
This forum has got utter bad recently, stop ruining the ****ing threads with same **** please:mad:

I thought this forum has mods:confused:

Having a opinion on a company is one thing, but banging on about it and argueing, this creating several pages of fan boy rants= thread ruined.

Please give it rest, or set up one thread so everyone can throw much at each other, not take it onto every new thread about the ATI cards. Please pretty please give it a rest, it's beyond boring.:(

It is getting out of hand... some people might say I've contributed to it - but I don't generally instigate it... only defend my right to an opinion.

separate ati & nv forums would be good.

but maybe making this thread is just gonna start trouble.

oh star out your swearing fully..

Yes they do need seperate forums and i think that would make it easier for the mods to get shot of the idiot brigade that right now are making the gfx forum a joke and not a fun place to bother debating. I love the OcUK forums but the amount of stupidity is very offputting and i have started to drift off to other forums because while many are as bad there are some where grown up's can have a decent debate.

i dont know how much it would help - overclockers.com forums have had seperate nvidia and ati forums for donkies and that never really solved anything as i recall.

it did however make it slightly easier to get vendor-specific help - ie you wouldnt have as many peoeple jumping in to a thread when all a guy (or girl lol) just wanted a little help with their card.

I dunno, maybe it is worth a shot? nothing to lose!

Yeah when you think about it, the Nvidia lot (you all know who they are) will just start going into the ATi forum to **** them off, instead of doing it all in here. :(

No. I think the sections are perfect here.

People say things have gotten out of hand "lately", but it's like this right before every major release.

Nah its been worse lately... theres a small number of quite militant people with very 1 dimensional views who attempt to hide behind a veil of neutrality while sniping at people who make the smallest criticism of whichever camp they really belong to...

yeah

separate ati & nv forums would be good. but i still don't think it'll stop people slaging off each other..

maybe ocuk should do a 3 strike then a ban

I think that people see a huge, single thread about a highly debatable, often speculative topic as an easy spot to troll. Normally we get a lot more discussion about the actual product in, albeit over separate threads.

Personally I don't believe there are more nvidia - they just tend to be slightly more upfront about it so the number seems larger.

Its a tough one, arguements are so common I think because ppl here are very passionate about their hardware, problem is that this forum is considered a resource for ppl who need advice and I can see a lot of situations whereby ppl are led to believe one company is right and the other is evil. This is not on.
