Only problem bein that i'm in 26th and that sneaky skattrd is right behind me. Need to gain another 20,000 klicks or so as well to get to 25th :not quite so happy smiley:

I can't type in these weird and wonderful programming lingos either.. i'm a builder/maintainer/fixer/breaker(;)) not a programmer.. Just wish my job made better use of my skills :not happy smiley: would rather work building/fixing pcs than what i'm doing now..

ah well, its a good job at the end of the day.

must say i'm getting disheartened like never before with distributed computing and the net as a whole, everything seems to be problematic and messing up, IMO cuz of the sheer volume of users and traffic now.. its not that we've suddenly got too many users, its that the hardware certain places run is not up to the job. the recent TKC problems highlight this. for example, the teams page has yet to show any change in my position, and i have been transmitting klicks n stuff, its still as if ive only made 1 :not happy smiley:

It's actually quite scary now I can see how many keystrokes I use, never realised how much I type in one day :o

same.. my output is not as high as it was, in the height of my pulse keycounting i was doing like, 70-90k a day.. these days i hardly spend any time on my home pc so its a lot less :unhappy smiley: we'll get there though, with gilly, sprouty, pix, you, and myself.. as well as all the slackers ;) all Klicking away, we'll get there, we're #1 here at ocuk :)

Heh, ty dude.. i'm still fairly happy about seti classic at the mo.. am producing pretty well.. its got to the point where its days between stomps, i can remember when 11/day would get me at least one stomp every day.. been 23-32 a day for a while now and still days between stomps.. i really need a few HT p4's

Just to check, are you using version 1.5?

There were problems with that, but there's also problems with team stats lagging behind, don't know any more than that.

Don't get disheartened and down, you're just realising what we all know: Life sucks, the only things we have are DC projects, so crunch crunch crunch :big grin:

I'm sure Mr. 99million and I can cheer you up on MSN if you ever need our services :big friendly grin:
 
I expect that Mr Gilly and Mr Lazyblade are subject to investigation due to an extremely large first submission each, tho saying that lazyblade's made gilly's look a tad small - has anyone asked the TKC peeps what's the dillio?

I asked on their forums why Mr Gilly's stats were lagging and the admin said it's because of problems with the team database caching.

But still, it's been a while now - and there were other people with the same problem too. :annoyed face smiley:
