do XFX have a problem with PSU's?

Brand new XFX 850w owner here.

It has a faint ticking sound coming from it.

If it was under my table i probaably would not notice it.

I bought a fortress case so to keep it as dust free as possible i have it on my table so the PSU is close to my ear.

I am in contact with XFX atm. They want me to take it out of the case and check for defects or anything obstructing the fans.

The cost to RMA will be high as i have to post it back from Ireland.

Hi all

I have just purchased an XFX 850W SIlver PSU, cant power my kit up yet as the PSU cables are too short, so need to purchase some extension cables from OC's in the morning

WIll report on how mine performs noise wise once I get it powered up on Tuesday/Wednesday this week
