Do you add to Wikipedia?

Haha, I've just found the default IP user page Wikipedia sets up for when you edit stuff. Cos I'm at uni, it's got loads of telling off comments from admins about edits other people have made from here. :D

ive added news on the page for my home town when its repeatedly exploded :D

a mate of mine deleted all of the info in Britney Spears and put a bad word (rhymes with bore) and got himself on a news page in spain :D

Major thread revival!!

For those that have created their own Wiki pages, how do you get around the T&C? I would like to create a page, encyclopaedia like, regarding the motorcycle club I'm affiliated with. But they clearly say do not use it to promote a business -- get someone else to create the page for you so as to avoid a conflict of interest.

I plan on only citing facts about the club, a history of its creation and such, nothing to plug why it's different than other clubs or anything. Should I ask this question of the Wiki Dons, or does someone here have an answer already?

Just bung it up anyway. Its doubtful anyone's going to complain.

Very nice, Asim! Glad to see you participate in providing the photos I've come to seriously value (Creative Commons). The Wiki has proved the best source for stock photos these days, as long as you give credit to the author.
