Do you agree with Ninja regarding Losing?

lol, eSportz.

I play games for fun; for a good story; as a pleasant pastime. I like a moderate amount of challenge (what's the point otherwise?) and I don't mind getting stuck in places. It's part of the fun, and nice when you beat that part.

But competitive online play is something that has never interested me. There's no story, there's no point. Crucially there's no end! You just play the same game over and over and over, the same levels... like being stuck in groundhog day imho.

Not really it just shows a lack of maturity, someone who is mature enough can recognise when they're angry and can control the way they express it, if you're screaming and throwing things around then you haven't really matured much since infancy.

He called out a famous streamer / player for hacking because he didn't know who he was when he lost to him twice. He then after confronted went and deleted all evidence of him calling the guy a cheater.

What did he learn from that?

Ninja is popular with kids because of fortnite.

I'd say his opinion is irrelevant tbh. Are you 12 years old? Because that's the age of the majority of his fanbase.

You need to watch proper streamers like Sacriel and Nothing who educate you whilst they play the game and tell you why they are doing or what they plan to do next and why.

Watching Ninja is for 12 year olds.

Like it or not this guy is a professional gamer. If you told a professional footballer “it’s just a game”, or a pro player told their coach “it’s just a game” they would be off the team. In fact, they wouldn’t get to the highest level with that attitude.

Any competitive profession requires you to hate losing. Heck, even a travelling salesperson would hate making fewer sales or “losing” to their competitor.

The mantra “there’s always something to learn, and always room for improvement, never settle” is excellent. I feel the exact same way after every case - good, bad or ugly.

No idea who or what this guy is but I will admit to having destroyed a few gamepads in my time... gets expensive after a while havn't done it in a long time (havn't played those types of games in a long time either). Mostly its frustration (done the same thing over and over and still can't beat it... damn the bloody thing!)
