Do you butter the correct side of the bread?

I do it to the mirrored side too, anything else means the slice don't line up!

Toasts? Don't care.

Yes as a sandwich, but if they're not sandwiched and say I'm having two rounds of peanut butter then I cut them in half so one piece has the more 90 degree angle corners and the other has rounded corners.

They are then placed on the plate differently, so the two 90 degree angle corner piece will go on the bottom, then the rounded corner pieces will go on top of them. Not sure why I do it, something I've done since I was a child, maybe I think the 90 degree angle cornered pieces are special so I like to eat them last.

It's not hard to do properly. Get out two bits of bread, don't seperate them just yet, put them on the bread board still together, then flip the top one. It's then impossible to have an asymmetric sandwich.

Win :)

Also, anyone talking about rounds is a loser. It makes no sense.

Drop bread on floor 100 times, whichever side lands face down the majority of the time has an innate requirement to be buttered. If both sides land face down about the same amount of times the bread is faulty and should be discarded.

Come on

I can see it now
Baking around its crust in hand
All its filling in tow
I just want to forget and let go

Of all other joy, the pain
I took your yeast and placed it into me
And now I kiss it goodbye
Our last slice ended fatally

Who's buttering the wrong side of the bread tonight?
Have you ever cried so hard?
Baby you just died
Who's buttering the wrong side of the bread tonight?
Have you ever cried so hard?
Have you ever cried so hard?

There it goes again
Another sandwich bag with false symmetry
I'll bite it just for the taste
I just wish that I could replace

All the memories of
What makes my blood run cold
As your dough runs through me
I say goodbye to what we had

Who's buttering the wrong side of the bread tonight?
Have you ever cried so hard?
Baby you just died
Who's buttering the wrong side of the bread tonight?
Have you ever cried so hard?
Have you ever cried so hard?

It came and went, I gnawed through my lip
Anchor smeared in my eyes
Each spread's a reason to say goodbye
Sometimes when you're making lunch, you never see the light

With flower in each slice
Gazed upon with great hunger's eyes
It never looked so good
And I never felt so right

With flower in each slice
Gazed upon with great hunger's eyes
It never looked so good
And I never felt so right
Never felt so right
I never felt so wrong

With flower in each slice
Gazed upon with great hunger's eyes
It never looked so good
And I never felt so right

Who's buttering the wrong side of the bred tonight?
Have you ever cried so hard?
Baby you just died
Who's buttering the wrong side of the bread tonight?
Have you ever cried so hard?
Have you ever cried so hard?

You just died
