I know it's yours, but I think it's ridiculous. Why confine all the actual skill and experience of a good guitarist within 20% of the full scale? Do you claim to be "almost god like" at knowledge and speed, other attributes that you're level 9 in?
I know this is only a joke and not to be taken seriously, but I like my RPGs to at least be a little challenging...
Well I have completed uni and I always watch documentaries and research on internet just for fun, I enjoy learning about new things and reading non fiction books. Therefore it has taken me many years plus hours+some hard work to get a knowledge level of 9 it was not that easy.
Luckliy I was born with a natural high speed attribute and as a teen was a sprinter and on running team as well as a winger at football. Recently I have started a sprint interval program which has really pushed me into the high levels. This was an easy attribute only thanks to genetics but you could also say genetics gave me a high knowledge attribute as I found school rather easy and I enjoy learning and have a good memory and good at problem solving and understanding.
As for guitar well the scale is fine at lvl 1 you can only play 3 chords and not very well. At level 5 you can play most basic chords and maybe a pentatonic in one position so you see level 7 is somewhere between 5 and 10.
