Every way, doesn't help that whomever put this shower in thought tall people don't exist.
I'm only 6'1" but eye level to the shower head!

yeah both ways, then I put it onto jet spray, bend over and pull my cheeks apart...like everyone else.

The question you should be asking is...Do you wash your face with the same sponge after you've just scrubbed your balls with it? I use a massage sponge and give them a good scratch.

When washing your legs, do you bend over to wash them or lift them up one at a time?

Wash top to bottom, mainly facing away , turning to rinse as required.
Legs lifted , then carefully lowered cause if there is soap on yer feet it’s mighty slippy!

I have a shower chair and face away. Tbh, even if I didn’t need to sit, I’d still you use it. It’s very relaxing to just sit comfy and have that warm water running over you.
