Depends a lot on the bugs - something that means you have a high chance of losing significant progress, etc. no I won't carry on playing even if I otherwise enjoy it. What I won't put up with though is developers who have a poor approach to bugs either deny and deny obvious bugs until something forces them to fix it like high profile media exposure, etc. and/or finally fix bugs but then the exact same issues arise all over again in their next title, etc.
What I find puts me off games more is sloppy implementations of things like fundamental movement mechanics or other bread and butter gameplay, etc.

So many of the bugs have been worked on now anyway, and besides, for me, the positives overwhelmingly make up for the low amount of negatives, so it's largely a non-issue.
