Banned my dad from it as all he gets is spyware. I swear he just clocks yes to everything that pops up

ALthough on my gf pc/laptop I'm awlays installing stuff to help her out as her norton is something like 2007 and expired, but she won't let me remove it. Installed avast, killed norton, then the next time I went round there she shouted at me and had uninstalled avast. Women

My girlfriend is the only one who's allowed to use it other than me but the flatmates have no idea how to use a Mac anyway.

My dad has his own PC, we only have one desk/monitor but I just use a KVM.

My dad is getting a bit better in terms of not clicking dodgy links but I don't want to risk it and I also use his PC to back up all my data so I can have a triplicate of everything

So basicly No. And when they do ask, "Can i use your comp" 97% of the time is No.

Nope, (CTRL + ALT + DELETE, Lock Computer) but everyone in our house have their own computers anyway (except mum, who uses dad's), my sister's is full of spyware/viruses, need to clean it infact!

Only one PC where I am currently and the GF is the only one who is allowed to use it.
Parents aren't computer literate so its not really an issue.

When I was at Uni I was the only one who paid for an internet connection due to me being a bandwidth whore and an only child so no good at sharing

Essentially I let them use the comptuer all the time when I wasn't about but then one day the trust got broken and they all got told to do one; unless maybe if I was in the room and it was supervised.

Its a shame when you **** about on someones PC who has trusted you and they are the only one with an internet connection in the house...means you get a sudden lack of connectivity
