This thread has convinced me to go and get myself a nice big piece of silverside to make some jerky with in a bit.
Only downside with making you own is that it won't be ready until tomorrow after marinating today and then drying overnight.

I've had the packs for only 30 minutes but I have already sampled from each one and arranged them by preference
Mr White, I find the All Natural jerky is the tastiest, the tenderbite ones after, and the gourmet ones last. I found that the gourmet ones tasted a bit "muddy" if you know what I mean... your thoughts?
