Do you like Christmas music in shops?

I'd ban it till Dec 1st, then enforce that it is played everywhere until the big day.

You can have Christmas Eve.

Either that or make it mandatory year round.

I wouldn't mind if it wasn't the same 10 or so mediocre songs just on constant repeat, but there's never anything new.

14 years working in a supermarket, listening to it all day for 4 weeks+, kill me....

Staff to have music like this played to death is torture!! I rather have a tooth extracted without anathestic and pain killers than listen to the tripe that is called Christmas music!

As Christmas music is the same tosh each year, look at listings of the CDs on sale now and compare to one in a charity shop made in the mid 90s. 95% of the songs are the same. Only song missing in the shops version is one by a certain disgraced pop star and replaced by The Darkness.

I'm not bothered, I'm not going to get the music I want played so it's a mute point whatever is playing.
One day I'll walk into ALDI and Reign In Blood will be playing.

I don't mind it, I love Christmas but... Starting now is a little earlier for my liking. I would rather they started to play them around the 1-2 week of December.
