Do you take any supplements?

It’s made a massive difference for me with regard to knee pain when bending down or keeping my legs in one position for too long (car or plane journeys were an absolute nightmare).
Been on it for many years now and am problem free, but you must remember to keep taking it or (in my case) the problems return pretty fast.

Any particular one ? Searching on Amazon come across Glucosamine and Chondroitin High Strength - 180 Capsules with Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, Vitamin C & Turmeric
 
Does anyone follow Bryan Johnson?

After selling his company and becoming rich, he's dedicated himself to the persuit of life extension and has spent 2-3 million dollars experimenting.

He's definitely a bit mad. Just his daily supplement list alone of 100+ pills is insane... It's all rather interesting though.

I've watched a few of his YT videos but I don't like his presentation style. There's something about his face, tone of voice, etc. that I can't sit through.

I'm also a bit sceptical of these 'optimiser bros' like Johnson and Huberman. Certainly in the case of Huberman, he makes some pretty heavy claims based on lightweight scientific research.

I have a bit more time for Peter Attia, but even then I wouldn't take everything he says as gospel.
