39, not taking anything other than 2x omega 3 supps a day and on days I exercise Hurricane XS as a top up to all the food I eat :D

If there's a way to sort out any problems I have without drugs I'll try that first, i.e. generally if I get a headache it's because I'm starting to get dehydrated or brain is overloaded from work / life issues (stress). I'll tackle the root cause rather than take pain killers. I figure I probably put my liver / kidneys through enough from 18 until 23ish so I'm giving it a chance to heal :D

No, only med's i take are either the odd head ache pill, or IF i need to Amitriptyline for my RLS.

Restless leg? I've had it all my days but never went to see about it, normally take co-codamol or ibprofen when it keeps me up all night. First time I've seen anyone with it or on medication for it.

So does anyone else find such widespread reliance on medication worrying?

I mean a thousand years ago people with issues simply couldn't sustain their lives and died, which meant the living and reproducing population was far more healthier. Nowadays anybody and everybody with problems is artificially sustained and allowed to pass on their crap genetics.

10mg Citalopram to manage depression and anxiety problems for the past 18months. I think it's important to be open about it because mental health needs to be talked about. That said I'm hoping to come off them in the autumn.

{edit} though Asim18 may have had me euthenised by then!

I worry that when the zombie apocalypse arrives I won't be able to sustain supplies of medication.

I've already mapped out all the local pharmaceutical shops so I can raid them before the undead burn them down.

Ah, Thomas Malthus lives again.

May I just say a hearty F U since you would seem to want me dead.

They think that I do, but really I'm just hiding the pills under my tongue and spitting them out into my hand when they're not looking.

Yes,Fexofenadine hydrochloride 120MG Daily.

Only hayfeaver tablet but still i take them nearly all year around because its not only pollen they help me with,But also other allergies so i just take them all year around.

I've always suffered with headaches and tension headaches so I take 2 extra strength paracetamol every morning. Have done since my teens. Although it's now probably more of a habit I would rather do that than risk getting a full blown migraine like I do occasionally

Just Avamys.

Steroid nasal spray to help my blocked inner ear canals. Going to have to take it forever, there is no permanent fix.

Annoying thing is my hearing it tip-top for my age, they just bubble a lot.

Oh and some nail stuff for my gammy toenail. :o

Wait, what? You take 2 extra strength pain killers every morning regardless of whether you're actually feeling pain?????
