Sertraline and respiridone.

I have schizophrenia.

As my illness has got better I am wondering if I still need the sertraline (anti depresant). But I don't want my anxiety to come back.

Nothing at 41 ... I did have a period almost 10 years a go where I was taking a lot of pain killers for a while for something but nothing since (although taking those has made be sensitive to your normal off the shelf nurofen etc in that taking just one now causes me stomach issues for days).

Nothing at all - mid 30s here, I even try to avoid paracetamol when I have a headache. Think the longest I've been is about 4-5 yrs without any sort of pills/tablets.

My family are the opposite, they'll start popping pills after so much as sneezing.

32 here and 160mg propranolol daily for migraines. I was hesitant at first but they gradually increased in frequency during my late-20s until I was having 1-2 attacks a week, every week.

I'm now down to a migraine every 3-4 weeks, but the side-effects aren't great - nightmares and mood-swings being the most notable.

Can't believe how many people are medicated! Some of you poor buggers must rattle when you walk.

My father in law had to take at least 60 tablets a day before he passed away. He sounded like a maraca when he moved in bed.

Nothing - 35. Have been on loads though following accident however I try not to take anything. Even headache tablets because these are caused by lack of water in the body mainly. So I drink a pint of water then wait 30mins. :)

I've always suffered with headaches and tension headaches so I take 2 extra strength paracetamol every morning. Have done since my teens. Although it's now probably more of a habit I would rather do that than risk getting a full blown migraine like I do occasionally

You realise your body will have built a tolerance against the effects of the drug so will probably be useless now? Not to mention the potential strain it's putting on your liver.

I don't believe in pain killers anyway, it lowers your threshold for pain.
