That is very unfortunate. SW here and I ordered a new game for my Switch this morning and it's getting delivered this evening.
Prime video is hit and miss. I did watch the David Brent film a few days ago but I don't have prime for the videos. I have it for the delivery - everything else is gravy
I'll have to check out Vikings. Amazon exclusives are a worth a watch and not to be dismissed. As many have said; If you frequently purchase from Amazon. Prime pays for itself on saved postage fees alone. I see Amazon movies and music as a bonus.
The Man in the High Castle, Bosch and Black Sails are very good with high production values. Agree a lot of the films I have seen; but there are many films I have not seen (Arrival, Mad Max Fury Road). No idea if they are any good but worth trying. There are some hidden gems and if you don't mind subtitles, don't dismiss some of the foreign films/TV series, The Killing (original Danish version) is also very good.
Having a quick look to see what is currently on Prime. Literally just noticed there is an old F1 movie 'The Quick and the Dead' deemed a sensationalist film for its time (covers the dangerous period of Formula 1 during the seventies) and I have heard a lot about this film on various forums, but never watched. When there is rubbish on TV - What's to lose?
Not really a lot of point in paying for Prime, if only interest the videos side, mostly because you can just watch it all for free illegally - which you shouldn't be discussing.
