dod:source worth the money?

Day of Defeat Source is a great game but I recommend trying if out before you buy it's not a game for everybody. The recoil isn't huge as somebody mentioned. Many said the same about Counter Strike at first because all they did was hold down the trigger.I have played a lot of Counter Strike Source and I like playing Day of Defeat on the side. Yes an Xfire account is worth setting up most gamers have one as they can be very handy.

Yeh i enjoyed it, i loved world war games!I keep getting picked off by the dam snipers though lol :(

Can't decide which weapon i like best, the smg is good,but at long range you have no chance!
 
what sort of style are you playing at?
if you keep getting picked off by a sniper, try to move a bit faster or be careful when trying to look round a corner as they sometimes can see you and you cant see them
 
just had a game on dod_flash i think it was, i decided the best method was to do it the same way i played allied assualt....rambo style :cool: !

i keep getting random stuttering when playing also :s?
