All depends on your connection. For me, I can't notice. And I've played 3500 hours of CSGO

I think it's about personal preferences. My connection is 150 up/down and the games look terrible to me.

Will be good news for many games, having watched a few videos on YouTube about it, doesn't look like a major undertaking for developers to take advantage of it.

Looks like more good news - a few more games using BattlEye anti-cheat joining the party. (Some surface background research suggests BattlEye's been working on Linux for a while, but looks like the Steam Deck / Valve are "encouraging" more games to enable it.)
