The owner gets punished too, I dont know if you can read but it said that in my previous reply.
You mentioned it
after I highlighted its absence, sure... but it was not part of your agenda to begin with.
Oh the people, the people you cant ever change, but you can control what they have access to.
So when are you banning kitchen knives and hand tools, then?
With all the other bans, those are the implements most commonly used for crimes, and often purchased en-route to said deed. Why aren't you controlling their access to these things?
So explain why you're not locking up the owners of these dogs, instead of just fining them a few quid and then letting them go get another one?
Explain why you're doing nothing active to stop the bad breeding of unsuitable dogs in the first place?
But you cant see any problem with having murder dogs available to buy to the scum of the country.
They're not available. They're banned. It's illegal to have them. The problem is solved. Rejoice!!
Just like with Pit Bulls......
Well context is king and you have chosen to bring zero context of my previous reply through and instead insist I have a fascination with putting animals to death. Grow up.
"Dog does bad, kill dog. No question".
That was the context of your response. Not a single mention of humans being accountable and not even the slightest possibility of considering extenuating circumstances.
There is nothing wrong with putting a killer, to death.
And yet death penalties have been consistently proven flawed and ineffective... You're flogging a dead horse at this point, which seems quite fitting given your earlier responses.
But you'll contest the hell out of this because of something pathetic
The law is pathetic, now?
If a person's dog worries livestock
that person is guilty of an offence... not the dog, the person.
At the end of the day, livestock is property of value and the law treats it as such, just as it treats your dog as property.
Your property damages the property of the farmer, you pay for the damage. That's all there is to it.
whilst still providing zero effective measures to control. Nice one.
I've provided plenty of options and points for discussion. You're just not interested because they require money (also covered) and effort greater than signing a piece of paper.
