in my opinion, if deep web has been discovered. who ever created it is only showing a glimse to the public so that it keeps mid secrative.
but behind close doors, i think they will be some kind of secret organisation or chairman uploading encryptions such as Algorithm to by pass codes from one agency to another.

Of course it exists and is very easy to access if you have the tools, as said above though it is still IP traceable and because of it's secretive nature you tend to get the scum of the world hanging out there,

I heard about it a while back so researched to see what the fuss was about, I found a hidden page once that could only be connected to through certain proxies and on the very front page there were link to buy drugs of all kinds, and pornography that is openly illegal, the page I found was only a bunch of links and I didn't click any so no idea if they actually worked but it was enough to make me not go any deeper and stopped looking into it

one of the things which always fascinated me about certain sites was the anonymity, it interests me as a concept. Aside the obviously negative aspects of any such community you (potentially) get the very best of creativity and information exchange when given free reign.

Too slow. But you get fast networks which are used for piracy on a huge scale. Tor isn't technically 'darknet' it's a way of hiding your identity on the internet.

Because you aren't going to get any decent bandwidth using freenet/tor

That said, most people who are heavily involved in piracy — and I'm not talking about P2P/torrents — use a variety of anonymising tools (VPN servers, IRC BNC bouncers, PGP email encryption, etc.)

There are websites for paid assassins, drugs, how to kidnap people, etc. Pretty crazy stuff mostly. I'd stay away tbh, seems to be a lot of disguised links that take you to CP.
