Havent seen our postman for about 2 weeks now. They arent helping them selves at all, just gonna be a truck load of mail that still gotta be delivered

Not helping how?, we are causing disruption and that's what the strikes are for, we don't have to deliver it all at once, we do what we can until clocking out time.
Royal mail ceo did not attend the meeting that could have called off these latest strikes.
