Not all fakes are burned, and not all burned DVDs are fakes.

They might be able to sniff out DVDRs, etc, but the only way to tell if a DVD is a fake is to look at the contents. Even if the story isn't total drivel, it's very poor phraseology on someone's part.

That was my bad too.
Of course some of the pirates are mass producing with a pressing process.
Looks like they're going for the Ebay market then.

It doesnt actually say that the DVDs they found where fake!

i think its illegal and breaks human rights, they sniff dvds , this gives them the right to search your bag, and then finding the dvds to be original, for me this would seem to tresspass on individuals privacy.
