Nice thick ankles there, good base to build a nice heart calve. Every night before bed I want you to do 4 sets of 15 calve raises in 3 positions
toe pointed out, toe straight, toes pointed in.
Will provide you development on all heads and a nice beefy calve.
Soon as my stitches disolve and i'm finished with my physio i can start to get back in shape, i've gained *ahem* a couple of pounds with the restricted mobility.
