DPD Driver.

DPD are my favourite courier, a text saying when they'll arrive and options to leave the item in a safe place. Mine even rang me on my mobile once as I'd forgotten to tell them to leave it somewhere. Such common sense, much wow.
 
I always I thought DPD were one of the best until once a few years ago they delivered the item to next door and next door signed in our name declining knowledge of receiving our item! :( Nightmare, though it wasnt an ocuk order :)

Really should have indicated otherwise..

Although now online you can track the van very close which helps

I once had a load of parts from ocuk delivered by dpd. I couldn't get out of work, so left a note for the driver with my number. He called and met me at one of his drop offs near where I was working. They are easily the best I've used.

Didn't have one of those machines for me to sign for the parcel,I'm not happy at the fact that he was going to leave my parcel with neighbors either..how does he know they are trustworthy?..and a better question was he going to get the neighbors to sign for it?..if they had been dodgy neighbors (idk,they're new) whats saying they would have kept the parcel and denied ever receiving it?

Are DPD drivers in that much of a rush to do all their round that they gave up on the security of their parcels?

So you got a fast delivery time, your item was delivered to you personally, an explanation as to why he'd not just dumped it was also shared but you are concerned about his non intel checking of your neighbours who even you yourself know nothing about?

I'd be thanking DPD not berating them :confused:
 
DPD are always fantastic imo. Usually get an email and a txt with my 1 hour delivery window, which is amazing.

Maybe dont schedule a fappathon for that 1 hour window, and you might get to the door in time? :p
