Things do get broken in transit - the difference is how company's deal with your complaint.

Its ok its nothing major, was more annoying than out else.

Remember that they do collections too, plus people pay for before 10am 12pm services, so this can change the route and the times of collections or deliveries, and they probably do it due to security too, just so people do not know exactly where they are.

I've yet to have a good experience from DPD. When i ordered my PC parts from here they delivered it a good 9 hours after my 1 hour slot, and got a 3DS delivered by them from elsewhere and they left it outside

Next time you have any issues with an OcUK delivery, please let us know so we can let DPD know. - If DPD know about the complaints, they can work on it to improve it.

If dispatched today it will not be trackable today. It will be trackable on the morning of delivery.

If your tracking says it doesn't work, put 1550 in front of your tracking number and it will work. Just a glitch.
