I never thought i'd see a courier being the reason I would stop using a company, least of all one i've been buying my PC parts from exclusively for the past 10 years, but that day has arrived.
DPD, of all the couriers i've ever received orders from, are the only ones who can manage to lose orders of £1000's of pounds, deliver goods smashed beyond use and provide little to no information when trying to find out exactly where the hell your parcel is when it goes walkies.
If i had to pay double the delivery cost just to have anyone else but DPD deliver my Overclockers' orders I would gladly do so, I wish that it was an option but i'm left now having to go elsewhere because of the almost £1500 pounds worth of goods ordered in the last month that have arrived broken or in today's case, been lost with no trace.
I'd love to know if anyone else has suffered at the hands of DPD, maybe Overclockers could possibly then consider a secondary contract for an alternative courier option so customers won't feel forced to avoid purchasing because getting their order becomes a lottery
Apologies for the rant, but like i say, i never thought the incompetency of a courier would drive me away from one of my go-to favourite retailers
