Why do most online computer shops use dpd and not royal mail.

Again dpd delivery it to the wrong address, leaving it on the front door of the house. When it clearly says not to be left in a safe place, and must be given to a person.

On top of that I had call from DPD asking me if I could pick it up, as the driver was unable to pick it up from the wrong address and they were worried it might be taken.

Told them no, that's your problem, of course in a polite way. It seems a regular thing with dpd.

I never had any problems with royal mail, I would really prefer royal mail delivery.

It's swings and roundabouts, my DPD driver is brilliant and the only one i have never had a problem with, Same with the Evri/Hermes driver, always the same time always spot on, but Amazon Logistics, last two days whoever the driver is, just drives past and marks the delivery as unable to deliver, was livid.

Here in SW London, I've always found DPD to be 100% reliable, perfect in fact. We had the same guy (Norbert) for several years and he always cheerful and polite. The Android app is excellent as well.

i would have to say your wong

DPD are pretty good in this area as well, never have an issue with them.

To be fair though, up here all the couriers are good - even Amazon Logistics. Never have an issue with anyone.

I would counter that by saying the Royal Mail are the most unhelpful company on earth when something goes wrong.
Yep.

DPD are fine for me. It's Royal Mail that tend to deliver to the wrong house (sometimes wrong road) and then don't seem interested in helping fix it.
