DPD review score.

Ive found DPD to be great, give you a time slot thats always delivered in that period, good tracking, cant fault. Unlike the majority of other **** couriers, theyre **** one guy from HDNL had my parcel at his sodding house behind his bloody sofa!!!! He made me collect it from his house after he remembered where the parcel was. ( rang the courier up to see where my parcel was, they put me through to the driver and he said he hadnt got it, then rang me back saying I remember where it is now) Royal mail just dont deliver, had a special delivery parcel coming the other day, never arrived, rang royal mail up earlier that day and the parcel was on the truck out for delivery, he said id recieve it well by 4pm, royal mail closes at 2pm, never pigging recieved it.

So my experience, I cant fault DPD.
 
DPD have only failed me once I think, they lost a parcel sent from OCUK during the bad weather a couple of years ago (Snow)
 
DPD have been brilliant for me to be fair. Only courier/delivery service I've had anything to do with that have had cheerful drivers and for the vast majority of the time for me have delivered on time with the parcel in good condition.

Pretty much all others have been a miserable experience with gumpy/borderline rude drivers, parcels turning up looking like they've been used as a football, etc. DX Secure have only managed to deliver on time once out of the 7 times I've had the misfortune of using them now (not always my choice).
 
As already said, People only review if they've been given bad service.

All couriers companies are the same, Depends entirely on your local depot and driver. You can't exactly assume that every single drivers that works for courier A is useless.
 
They're alright, but my parcels ALWAYS bashed up with DPD. Apart from that, they deliver on time and without fail.

We have a big contract with them at my work, we have been with them since 2002. There is a reason we haven't changed.
 
Never had a problem with them - People don't go on websites to review unless they've had an extremely-out of the normal-good service, or a bad service.
 
Never been failed by DPD, absolutely outstanding service, timekeeping and well, just bloody perfect at everything.

^^ DX secure can rot in hell imho, absolute useless bunch of braindead twots!
 
I've had the same driver for ~5 years and not once have I had a problem with them.

They're the ONLY courier I'd actually recommend :)
