Anyone else want to strangle the narrator? He just tells you what the "dragon" is about to say/do and ruins it for me.
 
Yeah that can be a bit annoying.

Also James Khan annoys me a lot too, every time he starts to say something it's always.... "Let me tell you where I am", it's like an automated answering machine :p
 
Well this seems a good place to ask the question:

Anyone seen Shark Tank? It's like an American Dragons Den.
1st Episode was hilarious, some guy wanted a couple of million dollars to create a bluetooth headset which would be surgically implanted in your skull :p Search on Youtube for Shark Tank Bluetooth
 
I would watch it more often if it wasn't for Deborah Meaden being part of it, I can not stand to listen to her waffle crap for an hour and say the same damn thing every episode.

I always think the only reason she is in there is some feminist group complained to the BBC saying "IT'S NOT FAIR TO WOMEN WAH WAH"....or somthing along those lines.
 
I love how Duncan Bannatyne fulfils the Scottish stereotype perfectly by:
A. Never putting his hand in his pocket, and
B. Being a completely grumpy Fully star out swearys

That said, I do love the show and it's obvious that Theo Paphitis and Peter Jones have had some man loving with each other. :D
 
Well, British Dragon's Den is actually the best among that licensed format. In most countries equivalents are a joke. Try watching US Shark's Tank for example, the narrator keeps repeating what happened on the screen every 3 minutes, just in case you nodded off with Budwiser in your hand on your Lazy Boy chair. Not to mention the actual "businessmen" are mostly just scumbags.

Evan Davis isn't it? He's been doing economic pieces for the BBC for a long time now, I think he's pretty good, but his talents are totally wasted on that show, anyone could do the job he has there.

ive never really taken any notice to the narrator tbh, its a good show, people debate that the narrator makes it a better show, if he wasnt there it would be just 5 dragons in a room with some music

Oh don't get me started on the music. That's even more repetitive than the narration! Drives me crazy.

I don't watch the show anymore.
 
Peter Jones has been unusually quiet = Peter Jones is about to make an offer

Only two dragons are left in now = Two dragons are going to put half the money up each.

A confident start to his pitch = his pitch is about to get torn to shreds

Any others?
 
Used to love this show & now I hate it, Nookie bears commentary ***** me off but not as much as that **** Platini mind !!!
Then those rich nobbers acting out there little parts. ********. :p
